1st Franklin Financial Corporation is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to work on-site at the Pulaski branch. You will oversee loan approvals, drive customer service, and manage staff to deliver exceptional experiences while supporting branch profitability.

The role demands strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to meet licensing requirements. Salary ranges from $19.00 to $20.49 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site at the branch office is required (no remote work).
• 1–2 years in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff.
• Ability to meet Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Analytical ability to interpret information and apply judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures Branch growth and profitability goals are met.
• Manages all loans including approval of customer loans and sales finance contracts within delegated authority.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Delegates daily solicitation tasks to new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures timely and clear communication to all Branch employees.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
