Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-site branch office work is essential.
• 1–2 years of financial services experience handling customers and staff.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills across levels and settings.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth, profitability goals and objectives are met.
• Manages loans including approvals within delegated authority and lending limits.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Delegates daily solicitation assignments to new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times and ensures timely communication to staff.
• Follows up on Audit results & recommendations.
