Trustco Bank in Clermont, FL is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a warm, secure, and efficient banking experience for customers.

You will leverage knowledge of residential mortgages, IRA services, and personal banking products to tailor solutions, mentor team members, and promote community banking initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Well-organized and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Operational leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Oversee Head Teller and Teller teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Branch branding and growth: promote sales initiatives and champion customer service.
• Customer engagement: connect with clients and prospects, resolve issues efficiently.
• Compliance and accuracy: review and approve transactions per policies.
• Performance and standards: meet/exceed branch metrics with focus on controls and security.
