Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Excellent customer service and cash-handling experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations with focus on service excellence.
• Develop new deposit, loan, and business opportunities while achieving branch sales goals.
• Coach and evaluate staff including Assistant Branch Managers and Tellers.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and security protocols.
• Drive growth through referrals and client retention.
• Report branch performance to senior management on opportunities and challenges.
• Oversee scheduling and daily branch administration.
