Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and supports frontline staff to achieve service excellence and sales objectives.
• Oversees operational integrity and ensures adherence to compliance standards.
• Manages employee scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Resolves complex customer inquiries and handles escalations with professionalism.
• Assists in community engagement and initiatives that promote business growth.
• Operates bank systems to process account activity, determine balances, and resolve problems.
• May assist in opening/closing vault tasks and balance-related duties.
