Job summary

InTouch Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Texas to lead branch operations, mentor staff, and drive member relationships across the region. The role emphasizes coaching, digital banking adoption, and high service standards while supporting sales goals and community engagement.

The ABM will work with the Branch Manager to ensure operational excellence, risk management, and development of a strong, customer-centric team committed to the Credit Union’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred or commensurate professional experience.
• MLO registration with NMLS is required.
• Three+ years of retail banking or member relationship management experience.
• One+ year of retail banking leadership with coaching focus.
• Strong knowledge of consumer deposit and loan products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
• Lead daily branch operations and mentor team members.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance development.
• Promote digital banking adoption and cross-sell products.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
