World Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to work closely with the Branch Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to branch operations while driving loan sales and customer service.

Responsibilities include outbound collections, meeting with customers in person, preparing tax returns, and helping to meet financial needs, with opportunities for performance-based earnings and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Shadow Branch Manager to learn leadership duties.
