You'll shadow the Branch Manager, drive loan sales, manage collections, and oversee tax preparation tasks, while growing toward branch leadership. The position offers a structured path, performance-based earnings, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments with arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, and payments.
• Process payments, updates, and tax docs; document all activity.
• Shadow Branch Manager and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain compliant records and balance cash; perform bank runs.
• Support branch leadership and participate in goal setting.
