Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Rhode Island to lead a team, ensure smooth branch operations, and deliver exceptional member service. You’ll partner with the Branch Manager, step up when needed, and help members achieve their financial goals.

In this role you’ll drive growth through product recommendations, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with other departments while representing the Credit Union in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in branch operations (teller or member service a plus).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Be a Leader: Support and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and meet branch goals. Step in as acting Branch Manager when needed.
• Create Member Success: Help members open accounts, apply for loans, and find solutions that fit their lives.
• Drive Growth: Promote products and services and lead outreach efforts to meet goals.
• Keep Things Running: Oversee daily operations, cash management, and compliance for security and efficiency.
• Solve Problems: Research and resolve member inquiries with care and professionalism.
• Collaborate & Connect: Work with other departments and represent the Credit Union in the community.
