Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience working in a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Notary Public commission required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced customer service, including opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and referring customers to business partners.
• Lead branch staff, including training and development, and monitor performance.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations and step in during the manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, security procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare reports on branch performance, deposits, loans, and audits to support goals.
