Walden Savings Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Pine Bush, NY location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, developing staff, and ensuring compliant, efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced customer service, including opening new accounts and processing loan applications.
• Lead and develop branch staff, including supervising the Branch Team Lead, Teller Team Lead, and Tellers.
• Assist Branch Manager and cover in their absence to maintain branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC).
• Coordinate branch and teller audits and oversee transaction processing and branch performance.
