Banner Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in North Bend, WA to lead daily branch operations and coach teller staff. You will guide client conversations, ensure accurate processing of transactions, and promote financial solutions aligned with client goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of retail banking experience and supervisory excellence, with strong communication and team leadership abilities to drive branch growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Experience in a supervisory/management role required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments.
• Lead sales, operations, and client service efforts while coaching teller staff.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, while following policies and procedures.
• Engage clients with tailored financial solutions and refer to partners when needed.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence.
