Weed Man Lawn Care in Meridian, Idaho, seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our Lawn Care Operations. This role offers a strong growth path, with a base salary of $53,000–$60,000 per year and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays based on weather and production needs.

You will supervise Licensed Lawn Care Technicians, maintain service quality, and drive performance through coaching, training, and strategic planning.

Formación

• 1–2 years in lawn care or related green industry.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Required licenses or certifications as required by state and federal regulations

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the daily management of Lawn Care Operations.
• Interview, train, coach, and supervise Licensed Lawn Care Technicians.
• Ensure quality service standards and production goals are consistently met.
• Monitor employee performance and coach through progressive discipline.
• Conduct performance reviews and department meetings.
• Ensure all technician licensing and certifications remain current and compliant with company, state, and federal requirements.
• Help develop future leaders while creating a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Direct door to door marketing and lead generation campaigns in the off season
