Heritage Landscape Supply in Austin is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations in the agronomic, irrigation and landscaping industry. You will help the Branch Manager with daily tasks, customer service, and driving sales and service excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to company policies. Applicants should have a HS diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs; forklift experience and bilingual ability

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Landscaping industry experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; typing and Internet use required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with all branch operations including sales, service, and delivery.
• Support business development strategies to grow market share.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient branch operations.
• Handle order entry, phone inquiries, purchasing, and end-of-day tasks.
• Promote promotions and advertising initiatives.
• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Coordinate with team and vendors as needed.
