Leaf Landscape Supply - Austin is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in the Austin, TX area. This role supports the Branch Manager across operations, sales, service, and business development while upholding our culture and policies.

The position emphasizes leadership, excellent customer service, and strong communication to drive branch performance. Strong knowledge of landscaping products and a willingness to learn are valued, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Landscaping industry experience is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge including keyboard, mouse, Internet use.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of managing a landscaping product distributor is a plus.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Secondary supervisor of all branch operations: sales, service, delivery, and business development to achieve branch results.
• Maintain company culture and follow policies and procedures as set by Executive Management.
• Ensure efficient, safe, and orderly branch operation for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Stay informed about new products and changes to existing products.
• Support promotion and advertising initiatives as communicated.
• Execute daily tasks: order entry, phones, purchasing, deliveries, end-of-day processes, pricing, etc.
• Focus on delivering top customer service and expanding market share.
• Other duties as assigned.
