Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in coaching and development of staff to reach goals.
• Assist in training staff on Blaze policies, procedures, and sales objectives.
• Support branch customer service and sales targets to improve NPS and member satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling, PTO requests, and ensure policy adherence.
• Back up new accounts and loan applications as needed.
