Job summary

Blaze is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager - Float to support the St. Cloud area, with duties spanning coaching staff, driving sales, and ensuring top-tier member service. The role requires flexibility to float to Mora and Milaca as needed, while maintaining Blaze standards and branch operations.

The position offers a $66,192.04–$99,288.06 annual salary, with a sign-on bonus and benefits package. Experience in supervision and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of similar or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in coaching and development of branch staff to retain a motivated, professional workforce and meet sales goals.
• Assist Branch Manager in training staff in branch functions and Blaze policies and procedures.
• Coach staff on sales techniques and loan procedures to meet monthly product goals.
• Communicate development, performance issues, and recognition opportunities to Branch Manager.
• Support branch daily activity and help meet branch and Credit Union goals.
