Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of similar or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in coaching and developing branch staff.
• Communicate all development and performance issues to the Branch Manager.
• Support all branch daily activity and assist in meeting goals.
• Ensure all employees follow security policies and procedures.
• Conduct monthly branch audits.
