Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• On-site branch operations and supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across assigned area based on staffing and demand.
• Perform Assistant Retail Branch Manager duties at assigned branches.
• Assist in achieving branch sales, service, and deposit growth goals.
• Support onboarding, training, and coaching of employees.
• Maintain branch operations, account opening, and balance procedures.
• Drive sales through customer outreach and referrals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Lead branch meetings and support employee development.
• Travel between branches within the area as needed.
