Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree recommended; experience in food service or grocery distribution preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in a warehouse or food distribution environment.
• Background in P&L, inventory control, merchandising, hiring/training staff, payroll, and loss prevention.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills; customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general branch operations and daily workflows.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards (HACCP/OSHA), security, and shrink control.
• Review financial and operational reports and take corrective actions as needed.
• Direct supervision of department managers and scheduling to meet budgets.
• Coach managers on employee relations, hiring, promotions and terminations.
• Maintain communication with Corporate Offices to ensure policy compliance.
