• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers; address issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA/HACCP, and store procedures.
• Review financial and operational reports; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Direct managers and staff; plan schedules to meet budgets and service goals.
• Coach department managers on performance and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with corporate to ensure policy compliance and reporting.
