Job summary

1st Franklin Financial is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Rock Hill team. This role collaborates with the Branch Manager and staff to deliver exceptional customer experience and manage branch operations.

The position requires a High School diploma, 1–2 years in financial services, and the ability to supervise staff on-site. Salary is hourly ($19.00–$20.49) with benefits; working from home is not permitted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site at the branch office is required; working from home is not permitted.
• 1–2 years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.
• Action and result oriented; strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth, profitability goals and objectives are met.
• Manages all loans including approval of customer loans and contracts within authority.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Delegates daily assignments of solicitation to new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures timely and efficient communication to all Branch employees.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
