Job summary

Required is a minimum of three years in customer service or sales, with two years in consumer lending. A high school diploma is required; bilingual skills and a Bachelor’s degree are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in customer service or sales with two years in consumer lending/financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation; strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to learn financial services software and manage duties accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions and sales products.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Maintain cash drawer and deliver daily deposits as required.
• Meet or exceed branch sales and service KPIs; assist Branch Manager with reports.
• Maintain branch compliance and coordinate daily operations in manager's absence.
• Learn applicable consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure quality customer service.
