Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3–5 years of assistant branch management or comparable banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience, preferably in banking.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the branch operation and staff in accordance with policies and controls.
• Provide coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge to staff.
• Supervise service quality, policies, and banking transactions; conduct performance appraisals.
• Identify and mitigate operational risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cross-train on branch positions to cover peak periods.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports; conduct staff meetings.
• Notarize legal documents for bank customers.
