Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA in Business/Finance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Branch Management, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and financial services products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in leading the team to achieve sales goals and coach staff.
• Supervise designated staff and handle performance, promotions, and terminations as needed.
• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per service standards.
• Process loan applications within lending authority and assist in delinquent loan collections.
• Ensure branch cash handling, security, compliance, and audit procedures are followed.
