Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with one year demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals; will consider HS diploma with five years demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
• Retail Banking experience preferred.
• One year of managerial or supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to travel as needed to training.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
• Background checks as required by OCC.

Job Overview: The Assistant Branch Manager participates in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward individual sales targets. In collaboration with the Branch Manager, this role helps cultivate a motivated sales and service team, ensuring that each member contributes to the branch’s success through a consultative sales methodology. A key responsibility of the Assistant Branch Manager is the development of team members through one-on-one coaching sessions and performance accountability. Additionally, this role focuses on strengthening customer relationships through proactive initiatives, which may include limited participation in community events and business networking opportunities.
