Job summary

Brobston Group in Costa Mesa seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to elevate Piaget’s luxury experience. You will lead sales, develop clients, and supervise daily operations to exceed KPIs while upholding brand standards.

You will train and motivate the boutique team, manage inventory, and ensure flawless visual presentation and customer service. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of luxury retail or service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, lift up to 5 pounds.
