Summary

Supports an exceptional client experience in a luxury boutique through hospitality, client service, and daily operational assistance. Helps create a welcoming environment and ensures smooth client visits from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, support appointments and boutique traffic, and help prepare product presentations.
• Provide hospitality and client services, including gift wrapping, reservations, and quick personalization requests.
• Maintain client service areas, replenish supplies, support opening and closing, and assist with non-saleable stock.
• Handle phone inquiries, appointment setting, and other boutique projects while following security and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client service skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office; SAP knowledge and additional language skills are preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
