Dunhill on Madison Avenue seeks an Assistant Boutique Director to lead the sales floor, grow profitable results, and elevate the client journey. You will mentor Client Advisors and service specialists, drive performance, and uphold the Maison’s luxury standards.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will champion client relationships, ceremonies, and high-value interactions. You will oversee VIP appointments, product knowledge, and bespoke recommendations while coordinating with Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Proven progressive retail experience in luxury environments.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership, recruitment, training, and coaching skills.
• Deep expertise in luxury clientelling, relationship building, and personalized service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
