Dunhill's Madison Avenue flagship in New York seeks a Boutique Director to lead a high‑performing team and drive exceptional commercial results. This pivotal role embodies the Maison’s luxury standards, delivering an elevated client experience and building the flagship as a key destination for the USA market.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage budgets and operations, implement clientelling initiatives, and partner with the Head of Commercial USA to set strategic direction.

Formación

• Proven leadership in luxury retail management.
• Experience running flagship or high‑volume boutiques.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.
• Deep knowledge of luxury clientelling and VIP relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty through clientelling.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team.
