Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Beverage Director to lead beverage operations across our venues. You will work with the Beverage Director to craft compelling menus, elevate guest experiences, and drive revenue through strategic beverage programs.

The role requires strong leadership, vast beverage knowledge, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume beverage management experience.
• Ability to obtain Gaming and ABLE licenses.
• Strong knowledge of beverage products, preparation techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing beverage strategies and initiatives to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Beverage Director to curate innovative beverage menus.
• Train and develop beverage staff to maintain product knowledge and service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to optimize levels.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and tastings for consistency.
• Provide hands-on support during service hours and monitor guest feedback.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create cohesive dining experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve offerings.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
