Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Beverage Director in Norman, OK to support beverage operations across our venues. You will work with the Beverage Director to develop programs, curate menus, train staff, manage inventory, and drive guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of high-volume beverage leadership, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to excellence in service and hospitality. This on-site role offers growth and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license and ABLE license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume beverage management.
• Strong knowledge of beverage products and trends.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement beverage strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Collaborate with Beverage Director to curate innovative beverage menus.
• Lead training and development of beverage staff.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Conduct quality assessments and tastings for beverage quality.
