Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee beverage operations across our establishments. You will craft innovative drink menus, manage inventory, and lead a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 21+ years of age, the ability to obtain Oklahoma gaming and liquor licenses, and at least 2 years in beverage management. Strong leadership and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Gaming license and liquor license (ABLE)
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in beverage establishments
• Strong knowledge of beverage trends and mixology techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistency in drink quality and service standards
• Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff
