Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA, LABA) to join our team in Washington. The role blends direct therapy with supervisory duties and offers fieldwork supervision hours while serving diverse clients.

You will support a clinician with a defined caseload, focusing on early intervention for young learners, and uphold BACB ethics and professional standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field and actively pursuing BCBA certification.
• Hold a current WA licensed assistant behavior analyst credential.
• Completion of at least three ABAI verified BACB courses.
• Meet regional payor and regulatory requirements.
• First Aid and CPR training completed within 30 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy in clinic, school, or home settings.
• Deliver ABA services including intake, therapy, assessment, parent and staff training.
• Work with infants to young adults with behaviors such as aggression, self-injury, elopement, and destruction.
• Maintain timely documentation and data for client progress and plans.
• Adhere to BACB Ethical Code and maintain professional conduct.
