Job summary

Arundel Lodge seeks an Assistant Bay Ridge Program Manager to support daily operations of the Bay Ridge residential program. You will lead staff, coordinate care, assist with admissions and transitions, and help maintain a recovery-oriented environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and crisis-intervention skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and collaboration within the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 1 year in mental health, psychosocial rehab, residential services, or related setting (for candidates with a bachelor's).
• Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Recovery Model, person-centered services, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage in the Program Manager's absence and supervise staff.
• Coordinate care, admissions, transitions, and maintain program policy compliance.
• Monitor residential safety, cleanliness, and overall program operations.
• Coordinate psychiatric/medical care with nurses, pharmacies, and program staff.
