Qualifications

• Experience in residential or recovery-focused settings.
• Ability to monitor medications per protocol and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with individuals on assigned caseload, including diagnosis, history, treatment plans, medications, and needs.
• Assist Persons Served in pursuing individual goals and develop treatment plans.
• Assess stage of change and apply appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate with Rehab Specialists and other staff to meet medical and psychosocial needs.
• Oversee duties during the program manager's absence and ensure shifts are covered, while maintaining 24-hour emergency coverage.
