Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related field is required.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree must have at least one year of experience in mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, residential services, or related human services setting.
• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Recovery Model, person-centered services, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage in the Program Manager’s absence.
• Assist with admissions, transitions, and discharges.
• Coordinate care and communicate with clinical and program staff.
• Review staff timesheets for accuracy and compliance with overtime rules.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure minutes are distributed.
• Monitor residential environments for safety and quality.
