Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; NCAA Coaches Certification or ability to obtain certification.
• AED/CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Baseball Coach with planning, development, and daily operations of NCAA Division III program.
• Recruit academically qualified student-athletes for on- and off-field success.
• Support supervision of practices, game prep, and coaching during competition.
• Develop skill-development programs to promote athletic growth.
• Mentor student-athletes and support academic, personal, and leadership development.
