Rochester Institute of Technology is seeking an Assistant Baseball Coach to support the NCAA Division III program. You will recruit and mentor student‑athletes, assist with practices and game preparation, and ensure adherence to NCAA and institutional rules.

Assist the Head Baseball Coach with the planning, development, and daily operations of the NCAA Division III Baseball program. Recruit academically qualified and talented student‑athletes who will contribute to the success of the program both on and off the field. Support the planning and supervision of practices, game preparation, and coaching responsibilities during competition. Develop and implement student‑athlete skill development programs that promote athletic growth and performance. Serve as a mentor and advisor to student‑athletes, fostering their academic, personal, and leadership development. Maintain a thorough understanding of and commitment to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations. Collaborate with athletics staff to deliver an exceptional student‑athlete experience centered on integrity, respect, and excellence.
