Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• NCAA Coaches Certification, or ability to pass certification test.
• AED/CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with players to provide mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Coaches and instructs student athletes during practices and on game day in fundamentals, health, and safety.
• Support physical conditioning needs of student-athletes with head coach and S&C staff.
• Conducts player evaluations and develops plans to enhance the student-athlete experience.
• Seeks out, applies, and shares knowledge of sport trends and innovations in playing and teaching.
• Assists with practice planning, workouts, scouting, film breakdown, and game management.
• Collaborates with the head coach to devise game plans and strategies for upcoming opponents.
• Other duties as assigned.
