Hawksmoor New York is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead a high-volume bar team and ensure world-class service and cocktails for every guest.

In this role, you will develop and inspire your team, uphold beverage quality, and contribute to a culture of excellence while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a bustling New York setting.

• Extensive experience running some of the top bars in New York.
• Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers and revenue.

• Exemplary product knowledge of food and beverage.

Assistant Bar Manager:

Hawksmoor New York opened to rave reviews in 2021 in a National Historic Landmark- The United Charities Building. We are now excited to commence the search for an Assistant Bar Manager to lead, inspire, develop and motivate our bar team to ensure world class service and cocktails for every guest. This role will ensure beverage consistency, quality and will be instrumental in providing world class bar service. Premium cocktail experience alongside managing a large team with a high volume of guests will be ideal.
