Job summary

Hawksmoor Boston is opening its doors and hiring experienced bartenders to join our team as we launch our third US restaurant. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the bar, delivering Hawksmoor’s service standards and creating outstanding guest experiences.

Working closely with the wider team, you will ensure every drink is crafted with care, maintain a clean, organized bar, and contribute to menu development and bar initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Able to deliver Hawksmoor’s service standards and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Hawksmoor menu drinks and classic cocktails confidently and accurately.
• Build rounds efficiently and ensure drinks are served promptly and with high quality.
• Make knowledgeable recommendations across cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.

• Prepareall Hawksmoormenu drinks & classic cocktailsconfidently and accurately.

Physical and Mental Demands

Mobility:Must be able to move continuously around the dining room, kitchen, and bar areas during the shift.

Lifting & Carrying:Occasionally lifts and carries trays, plates, and items weighing up to ~ 25 to 30 lbs.

Communication:Ability toclearly and effectively communicate with guests, kitchen staff, and management.

Cognitive:Ability to process guest requests, manage multiple tables simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moderate to loud noise levels consistent with a high-volume restaurant. The pace is fast and requires multi-tasking under pressure.
