Job summary

Hawksmoor New York is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing bar team in a busy NYC venue. You will ensure beverage consistency, quality and world-class service for every guest, and you will oversee stock, ordering and day-to-day operations to maintain Hawksmoor standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience running top bars in New York, thrives in a high-volume setting, and demonstrates outstanding leadership, training and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Assistant Bar Manager:

Hawksmoor New York opened to rave reviews in 2021 in a National Historic Landmark- The United Charities Building. We are now excited to commence the search for an Assistant Bar Manager to lead, inspire, develop and motivate our bar team to ensure world class service and cocktails for every guest. This role will ensure beverage consistency, quality and will be instrumental in providing world class bar service. Premium cocktail experience alongside managing a large team with a high volume of guests will be ideal.
