Position: Assistant Banquet Manager
Reports to: Banquet Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Southall Farm & Inn is a premier destination bringing nature, produce and people together in a powerful and unique way. The Assistant Banquet Manager will be a driving force of the supervision of the Banquet Center and Jammery. Working closely with the Banquet Operations Manager, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will represent the Food and Beverage team with honor and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
The Assistant Banquet Manager's responsibilities will include the oversight of Southall’s Event Center and several outdoor event spaces as well as the following areas:
