Green Mill Willmar is a part of TPI Hospitality in Willmar, MN. This position offers flexible shifts as part-time or full-time, with day and evening options to support a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established recipes and plating guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with prep work, cooking, and closing duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service.
• Support management in training new staff when applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
