Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Yorba Linda, CA. You will support the Bakery Manager in daily supervision of the Bakery Department and lead Bakery Clerks to deliver great customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will help manage inventory, displays, and merchandising while ensuring health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed. This role requires flexible scheduling and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly attitude with strong customer interaction.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to take and give directions.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department.
• Stand up to 8 hours; lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and department operations.
• Manage and merchandise department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality and staff supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays; monitor incoming cases.
• Ensure excellent customer service and proper safety compliance.
