Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and pass a Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in daily supervision of Bakery Department operations.
• Manage Bakery Clerks and help with merchandise, displays, and inventory controls.
• Ensure timely order placement, rotation of products, and quality control.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and sanitation standards.
• Unload deliveries and operate bakery and deli equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the department and team.
