This role involves measuring ingredients, operating mixers and ovens, preparing raw materials, maintaining a clean workstation, and ensuring timely production during a fast-paced shift from 9 am Monday through Thursday with some Fridays for holidays.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; prior bakery or foodservice experience is a plus.
• Recipes are available in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Operate measuring tools, commercial mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Assist baker with preparing raw ingredients and staging cake pans for baking.
• Assist with daily baking and production flow and processes.
• Pack, label and store baked cakes and maintain rotation standards; keep logs.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation and ensure preparedness for next shift.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
