Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to help the lead Baker produce high-quality cakes following NbC recipes and production methods. The role supports daily baking, prep work, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible shifts, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No formal education required; bakers with prior bakery/foodservice experience are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Assist the Baker with preparing ingredients and placing pans in ovens; monitor baking process.
• Maintain proper packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes; rotate products as required.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation; ensure supplies are ready for next shift.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies; maintain attendance and punctuality.
