Qualifications

• Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar or be eligible for admission in short order.
• Three years or more of complex civil litigation experience preferred.
• Antitrust or competition law experience desired but not required.
• Experience with quantitative analyses or economic analysis is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in investigations and litigation before state and federal courts.
• Handle a substantial number of matters involving enforcement of state and federal antitrust laws.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, including potentially with attorneys from other states and federal agencies.
• Engage in policy development, including drafting or reviewing proposed legislation.
